Immigrants influence the socio-economic conditions of communities, consistently impacting the economy and the social structure of regions. This study investigates the economic effects of Chinese immigrants in the United States. Using Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression models, this study examines the correlation between immigrant inflow and median income and predicts future migrational trends. Two models are employed: one analyzes the relationship between Chinese immigrant inflow and median income, and the other predicts migrational trends by generating a lagged variable. The results demonstrate a positive correlation between immigrant inflow and median income, as well as an upward trend in Chinese immigration, showing the growth in the influence of these individuals on the United States economy.
