This paper discusses how to make full use of artificial intelligence technology to improve supply chain information management, through the application of data analysis and forecasting, intelligent warehousing and inventory management, and intelligent transport and logistics, to achieve accurate monitoring and efficient management of supply chain segments, and at the same time, in-depth study of the support of artificial intelligence in supply chain decision-making, including intelligent decision-making system, risk management, and real-time feedback and adjustment capabilities to improve the accuracy and flexibility of supply chain decision-making.
