With the rapid development of higher education, the enrollment scale of graduate students is expanding day by day, and the number of graduate students of journalism and communication is also increasing, which appears the situation of oversupply. In addition, with the advent of the new media era, the traditional way of news production and communication has been subverted, which puts forward higher requirements for news communication talents in universities. The master of Journalism and communication in Shuangfei University is also facing the dual identity crisis of internal and external. If the employment anxiety is not solved, a large number of news talents will be lost, resulting in unnecessary waste of resources. However, the current research on employment anxiety mainly focuses on undergraduate graduates, and pays less attention to postgraduate students.
