Abstract

Real estate is an important industry in the national economy and plays an immeasurable role in the national and social life. However, with the rapid development of the real estate industry, in the real estate trading market, the situation of Yin-Yang contracts in the sale and purchase of second-hand houses continues to appear. The reason is that the government does not supervise the sale and purchase of the second-hand house, and the buyers and sellers in the transaction to reduce tax or defraud loans and other behaviors endanger the healthy development of real estate, resulting in major losses in national tax revenue. This paper aims to discuss how to solve the problem of Yin-Yang contracts through government supervision in practice, mainly including the legal effect of Yin-Yang contracts and tax evasion in the second-hand house transaction, and finally, through the continuous improvement of the government's supervision in the second-hand housing trading market to cope with and solve the problem of Yin and Yang contracts in the second-hand Housing trading market.
