The construction industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy and one of the main industries of energy consumption. In recent years, the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and other digital technologies have accelerated innovation, coupled with China 's strong call for ' double carbon ' policies, the transformation and development of China 's construction industry is imperative. Under the guidance of national policies, combined with relevant literature, this paper analyzes the current situation of low-carbon, digital and industrialization transformation and upgrading of China 's construction industry and the demand for talents. Combined with the current development situation of the construction industry, this paper puts forward the employment development path of construction talents under the background of transformation and upgrading from four directions : green building and sustainable development, digitization and intelligence, whole industry chain of prefabricated buildings and international cooperation, and puts forward prospects and suggestions for the future development of construction talents.
