Abstract

Stainless steel table knife is widely used because of its superior cutting performance and easy cleanliness. In this paper, the method of the stainless steel knife and the feasibility of the finite element method for the process of the heating and quenching. The study shows that the finite element method based on ANSYS-workbench is feasible during laser heating and quenching, and the results agree well.
