This paper first discusses the outbreak of the new champions league long-term change of normalized response to the situation both at home and abroad, and then studies the agricultural economy development high quality factors effect on agricultural economic growth significantly, then discusses the development of Chinese agricultural high quality measure the efficiency of the comprehensive index and the significant dimension in parts, as well as the risk in the food production and analyzes the mechanism and the reason behind the change. It can provide the basis and reference for Chinese governments at all levels to formulate relevant agricultural development policies in the long-term context of coVID-19, and also provide reference for the protection of agricultural production safety, which is of great practical significance.
