Abstract

Flammulina velutipes is the edible mushroom with the longest history of artificial cultivation in China, and has a wide market. This paper will explore the most suitable growing environment of flammulina velutipes from the aspects of temperature, nutrition, light and so on, so as to provide theoretical background for the growth of flammulina velutipes yield.
