Abstract

The invasive characteristics of alien animal species pose a serious threat to China's ecosystem. This paper reviews the invasive characteristics of exotic animals and how these characteristics have contributed to their spread and colonization in China. By analyzing the ecological adaptability, reproductive strategies, and environmental tolerance of exotic animals, this study provides a reference for establishing a list of potential invasive animals, analyzing the risks of potential invasive animals, and improving China's biological invasion prevention capabilities.
