Abstract

With the rapid development of society, education plays an increasingly prominent role in promoting social and economic development. Teachers, as the main undertakers of teaching tasks, shoulder the responsibility of training talents. Focusing on teachers' transformational leadership and evaluating their heuristic methods will not only help to promote teachers' role change and professional development but also help to enhance students' academic achievement and promote students' all-around development.
