Abstract

Raising children is a comprehensive challenge. Apart from providing material conditions and educational opportunities, we also need to focus on their growth and development in their inner world. Psychological nourishment plays a crucial role in cultivating children's mental health. In the process of nurturing children, we shouldn't only concentrate on their external performance and achievements but should also nurture their inner core feelings from the foundational level.
