Abstract

Based on the TPACK theoretical framework, the purpose of this research is to investigate how the incorporation of music technology affects student learning outcomes and participation in liberal arts music education in vocational colleges. Data were gathered via questionnaires and classroom observations, and statistical analysis was performed to process the data. A case study approach was utilized, the participants were course participants, the research environment was a music classroom in a school. The findings demonstrate how incorporating music technology can greatly enhance student learning outcomes and engagement. In addition, the TPACK theoretical framework serves as a helpful resource and roadmap for instructors who want to teach integrated music technology.
