Abstract

With the continuous development of industry, computer science and electronic information industry, our country complies with The Times and puts forward the goal and route of high-quality development. How to improve the production capacity and quality of industrial products, how to use computer science and electronic information technology for industrial empowerment, has become a part of the need to focus on research. This paper takes Henan Zhi Hui Crane Co., LTD. 's engineering management informatization process as the research object, studies the enterprise' s engineering informatization start, development, effectiveness and make a summary of experience, hoping to be promoted and help the informatization construction of small and medium-sized enterprises.
