Abstract

This paper aims to explore the field of career planning and employment guidance for Chinese college students, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the theoretical level under the title of "Research on the Innovation Path of College Students' Employment Informatization Management". By analyzing the problems and challenges of the current information management of college students' employment and combining relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper proposes an innovative path from a theoretical point of view, with a view to providing theoretical support and practical guidance for college students' career planning and employment guidance work.
