Since the implementation of the "Five Education" policy in universities, universities in various regions have actively established relevant systems for the second classroom, developed second classroom activities, and cultivated comprehensive development of students in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor. As a comprehensive ability exercise independent of the "first classroom", the "second classroom" not only promotes the development of comprehensive quality, but also bears the important responsibility of moral education. Digital empowerment of precise ideological and political education in universities can achieve precise grasp of educational objects, precise supply of educational content, precise evaluation of educational effects, and precise control of educational processes, which helps to make up for many shortcomings of traditional ideological and political education. This article takes the "Ruichuan University" Second Classroom Transcript Digital Ideological and Political Platform of Sichuan University as an example to analyze the mechanism of the "Second Classroom" digital ideological and political platform, represented by it, to empower five educations, and to analyze the methods to promote its long-term operation based on its operational status.
