Abstract

In the era of knowledge economy, quality education is an important guide to the transformation of educational ideas and concepts in colleges and universities, and a pointer to deepening teaching reform. The core of talent competition is the comprehensive quality of people. The comprehensive quality education for college students has become the requirement of the petroleum college education reform. Therefore, guided by quality education, changing the concept of personnel training and innovating the mode of personnel training are the inevitable choices for the healthy development of higher education in petroleum universities.
