Abstract

With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, its application in the field of education has received increasing attention. This study aims to explore the development trend and application prospect of AI technology in language courses. First, the basic concepts and principles of AI technology in language teaching are introduced. Then, it discusses the application of AI technology in the process of language learning, including adaptive learning, speech recognition, natural language processing and other aspects. Then, the application of AI technology in language course design and assessment and the impact on student learning outcomes are discussed. Finally, the development trend and application prospect of AI technology in language courses are outlook, and some relevant suggestions are put forward.
