As a truly Lagrange meshfree method, smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) faces the obstacles of rigid-fluid interaction problems. In this paper, the application of SPH methodwith an improved SPH boundary treatment model in solving rigid-fluid interaction problems is studied. Two rigid-fluid interaction problems of eccentric falling block and two dimensional cylinder entry water are simulated. Results of simulationare compared with the experimental results and another simulation results, respectively. Research of this paper expands application of SPH method in solving rigid-fluid interaction problems, and with the help of this method, the stable wrinkled ow ruined eld, smooth velocity and pressure ruined elds could be obtained.
