Abstract

The construction industry's accelerating digital transformation has made Intelligent Construction Technology essential for improving efficiency and quality in cast-in-situ concrete residential projects. This paper examines BIM-based integrated approaches combined with IoT and AI across design, construction, and operations phases. Using a Wuhan residential project as case study, we investigate BIM applications in clash detection and formwork design; IoT sensor deployment for concrete curing and structural monitoring; and AI-driven equipment maintenance and energy optimization. The findings aim to accelerate adoption of Intelligent Construction in cast-in-situ concrete residential buildings.
