Abstract

This review examines the relationship between educational attainment, unemployment rate, and income disparity in the United States. It analyzes existing literature, theoretical frameworks, and empirical evidence to elucidate the complex interplay among these variables. By exploring the impact of educational attainment on employment opportunities and income disparities, this paper informs policymakers and practitioners about the implications of educational policies and interventions. It begins with an introduction that highlights the topic's significance and outlines the paper's structure. The definitions and conceptual framework for educational attainment, unemployment rate, and income disparity provide a foundation for the subsequent analysis. Additionally, the paper analyzes factors influencing the relationship between education, unemployment, and income disparity.
