Abstract

As a key node in the implementation of China's "One Belt, One Road" strategy, China, Mongolia and Russia are also key members of the "China-Mongolia-Russia" economic corridor and are playing an increasingly important role in this process. Cooperation in higher education between China, Mongolia and Russia is a natural advantage in the exchange between China, Mongolia and Russia. In order to standardize and promote the higher education cooperation between China and Russia, it is necessary to continuously improve the mechanism of higher education cooperation between China, Mongolia and Russia with the joint efforts of Chinese and Russian governments, universities, enterprises and society, and create a model of higher education cooperation with the characteristics of China, Mongolia and Russia, so as to create a new situation for the higher education cooperation between China, Mongolia and Russia and contribute to the higher education cooperation between China, Mongolia and Russia.
