In order to make China's public welfare activities develop better, this paper establishes a college students' public welfare evaluation model by entropy weight method through the study of the influencing factors of college students' public welfare, and examines the accuracy of the model by using BP neural network.The public welfare of university students is mainly affected by economic, epidemiological and academic factors.
