But, there are still some problems through the protection of women. Nowadays, women face the discrimination in occupation, which has bad effect on choosing jobs. In order to promote and increase salary, a large number of women are refuse to get married and give birth to babies, which cause lack of labour and do damage to the development of economic. The challenge is that although women have several ally, some of them are “Pseudo-ally”, promoting the legitimate needs of stigmatizing women.
