BY-HEALTH is a leading healthcare product company in China, committed to providing high-quality healthcare products and services. In 2019, BY-HEALTH announced that it would acquire all equity of LSG Group in Australia, which attracted widespread attention. This is the first overseas merger and acquisition by BY-HEALTH, and it is also a great way to expand overseas market share. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the acquisition of LSG by BY-HEALTH not only provides a deeper understanding of the overseas expansion model of Chinese health product companies, but also explores and studies the practical experience of Chinese enterprises in overseas acquisitions. The benefits of the merger and acquisition, as well as the problems that may arise, are worth paying attention to.
