Driven by globalization and digitalization, cross-border e-commerce has become an important force to promote the optimization and upgrading of economic structure. Taking Liaoning as an example, this paper explores how to promote the transformation of industrial structure to a green and sustainable direction through the development of cross-border e-commerce. This paper analyzes the current situation of Liaoning's industrial structure, points out the existing problems and challenges, and puts forward a green transformation strategy based on cross-border e-commerce.
