Abstract

In response to the current situation and existing problems of the vocational skill appraisal management mode in the electric power industry, a new practical scheme is proposed in this paper. By constructing a diversified evaluation system, implementing intelligent management methods, and strengthening the effective connection between vocational skill training and appraisal, an innovative management mode is constructed. Combined with practical case analysis, the practical effects and significance of the new management mode in the electric power industry are elaborated.
