Current Higher Education Personnel Training Model: Problems and Suggestions

In the current period of fast social growth, higher education is not just charged with cultivating high-caliber experts for society, however, also bears the responsibility of progressing clinical and technological technology and promoting lasting societal development. As a result, better focus must be placed on the development of innate worth and the enhancement of academic high quality. This paper reviews the significance of higher education, assesses the inequality between the existing skill training setting and the social need, and explains the troubles existing in the ability training setting. Based on these troubles, this paper puts forward a collection of reform ideas, including educational program upgrades, sensible training, reinforcing employment skills training, advertising interdisciplinary education and learning, and personalized education and learning. The purpose is to enhance instructional excellence, boost useful guidelines, and cultivate a closer placement between scholastic pursuits and the demands of the labor market, therefore making certain that tertiary education better resolve the demands of both people and culture at large.
