Legal Risks and Solutions in the Process of Trademark Transfer of Multinational Corporations: Take IPAD as An Example

With the increase in global intellectual property trade, intellectual property infringement cases are also gradually increasing. This paper adopts the case analysis method to analyze the three problems faced by multinational enterprises in transferring intellectual property rights in the IPAD trademark case, such as unclear subject, unclear jurisdiction court, and complicated procedure and gives suggestions for solving these three problems.
