Abstract

The party building work of state-owned enterprises has a profound impact on the development direction of state-owned enterprises, It is more related to the effective play of the party's leading and political core roles in state-owned enterprises. At present, in order to do a good job of party building work in state-owned enterprises, we must fully understand the huge value and intangible productivity of party building work in state-owned enterprises, have the courage to face up to the outstanding problems of party building work in state-owned enterprises in the transformation and development, and explore specific countermeasures for optimizing party building work in state-owned enterprises. The results help production development, forming a virtuous circle and win-win situation between party building work and enterprise development.
