People were quarantined at home during the outbreak of Covid-19. Not only has the economy been hit hard, but communication among communities has also been blocked. The market stall arises when it can help recover the economy with low cost and considerable profit. However, challenges of stall governance exist in the community. Therefore, this paper aims to explore how the innovative management of the stall economy can stimulate the local economy and communication among the community in the epidemic. Based on previous studies and practical situations, this paper puts forward some suggestions for integrating the local economy with community management.
