Abstract

The current new urbanization is actually population urbanization, and the core issue in this stage is the landing of the mobile population, of which there are many influencing factors, and this paper mainly explores the social mentality of returning talents. In the research of county e-commerce industry in Shanxi Province, it is found that family ethics and policy support factors pull urban youth to return to their hometowns, and this group of returning talents gradually develops into county e-commerce leaders because of both modernity and rusticity, which becomes the key to understanding urbanization with Chinese characteristics.
