Abstract

The minimum wage refers to the minimum labor remuneration standard set by the government, which aims to ensure the basic living needs and increase income of workers, and is also an important means of maintaining social fairness and justice. However, the impact of the minimum wage on enterprise employees is complex and diverse. In the following article, we will analyze the impact of minimum wage on employees from multiple perspectives.
