Abstract

This paper discusses the application of intelligent management strategy in preschool education management, and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of kindergarten education management. In view of the problems such as the level of safety management, the irregular education management system and the limited comprehensive quality of the education management team, this article puts forward strategies such as focusing on the application of emotional strategies, adopting intelligent management strategies to enhance teachers' own management ability, and focusing on the implementation of education management strategies. These strategies not only help to improve the comprehensive quality and management ability of teachers, but also create a more favorable educational environment for the all-round development of young children.
