Abstract

Based on the matching data of listed companies and urban digital economy from 2011 to 2019, this paper uses multiple regression model and intermediary effect model to examine the relationship between digital economy, corporate governance and enterprise innovation. The research results show that there is a positive correlation between digital economy and enterprise innovation, digital economy positively promotes the level of corporate governance, and corporate governance plays a part of the intermediary effect between digital economy and enterprise innovation.
