Abstract

SN Company, a leading retailer in the industry, is in financial crisis, what caused it to be in crisis? How should the company get out of the crisis? This paper analyzes the causes of SN's financial crisis and proposes measures for SN to cope with the crisis, and also provides insights for similar retail companies to prevent financial crisis.
