Research on the Legal Guarantee of Safety Production in Ningxia

The gas explosion at Fuyang Barbecue Restaurant in Xingqing District, Yinchuan City in June 2023 highlights the importance of production safety, as well as the importance of using the rule of law to prevent problems before they occur and deal with them afterwards in accordance with the law. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the legal guarantee of safety production in Ningxia, this paper analyzes the problems that still exist and puts forward relevant suggestions, with a view to making every effort in theory to guarantee the rule of law for safety production in Ningxia.
