Research on the Development Strategy of Ideological and Political Education in Chinese Universities based on SWOT Analysis

Based on the method of SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, this paper aims to explore the current development situation of ideological and political education in Chinese colleges and universities, and to study in-depth the development strategy of ideological and political education in Chinese colleges and universities. Through a comprehensive assessment of internal and external factors of ideological and political education in Chinese colleges and universities, it will reveal the current problems and challenges and propose innovative strategic solutions to better meet the needs of contemporary Chinese society and students. The study will highlight key strategies for optimizing existing strengths, compensating for weaknesses, seizing opportunities, and responding to threats, so as to provide actionable guidance for decision-makers in Chinese universities as well as frontline student workers, and to promote the sustainable development of ideological and political education in China.
