This article focuses on the resilience of supply chains in the aftermath of the pandemic, using Uniqlo as a case study. It analyzes the operational characteristics of Uniqlo's supply chain system, explores its strengths and challenges, and proposes strategies for Uniqlo to enhance supply chain resilience in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The article provides recommendations for further optimizing supply chain management, offering valuable insights for research on supply chain resilience.
