Taking the company in Chaoyang District, Beijing, this paper discusses the impact of digital transformation on company performance. With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become a key means for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. Through the analysis of the Chaoyang District company, we found that the digital transformation not only optimized the company's business model and organizational structure, but also reshaped the corporate culture, thus significantly improving the company's performance.
