With the new revision of "civil servant law" the formal implementation, our civil servant employment, assessment, promotion and other systems more perfect. The new contents of the Civil Service Law meet the needs of the legal construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. However, the implementation of the law still faces various difficulties: there are still shortcomings in the legislation, the relevant employment system is unreasonable, and the promotion and assessment system are not perfect. The construction of the legal system of civil servants in the future still needs to further improve the relevant legislation and build a complete supervision mechanism.
