Abstract

This article conducts a path research based on embedded theory, social ecological environment theory, and governance theory. From macro, meso, and micro perspectives, it analyzes the difficulties and reasons for the operation and development of embedded elderly care models in China's conditions. It proposes a value research on how to break through barriers from five aspects: policy implementation guarantee, diversified collaboration, resource investment, intelligent supervision, and sustainable construction and operation. It provides useful thinking for promoting the high-quality development of embedded elderly care models and meeting the elderly care security needs.
