Abstract

With the improvement of residents' living standards, pets play an increasingly important role in the family, and the pet insurance market is gradually emerging. This study takes Jinan residents as the survey object. The results show that Jinan residents have a low awareness of pet insurance, but among the pet owners, a certain proportion of residents show a high willingness to consume. Through the influencing factors, it is found that keeping pets, pet health, income level and other factors have a significant impact on consumption willingness.
