The Effect of Social Media on Adolescent Social Comparative Psychology and Its Intervention Strategies

This project takes young people under the influence of social media as the research object, and conducts research on their manifestations, mechanisms and effects, and formulates corresponding countermeasures. Through the research and practice of social media, the influence of social media on minors is discussed. Research shows that while social media brings positive comparative reference to adolescents and promotes their own development, it also brings some negative problems, such as one-sided and virtual information. In order to guide minors to use social media rationally and improve their physical and mental health, it is of great practical significance and practical significance to deal with the psychological problems of minors in the social media environment.
