Study on the Positive Role of Community-Based Social Organizations in Promoting National Basic Power Building and The Path of Their Development

Abstract

With the continuous development of China's governance capacity and governance system modernization, the role of social organization participation in the new era is becoming more and more prominent, and community social organizations, as an important force in the modernization of community governance, play an important role in promoting the basic power of the state. However, in our country, the research on community social organizations is still relatively small, this paper makes a relevant discussion by analyzing the positive role of community social organizations in promoting the development of national basic power in the process of development of the existence of the path. The thesis consists of five chapters in total, including introduction, core concepts and theoretical interpretation, analysis of the positive role, the reality of the dilemma and the construction of the development path. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the selected topic of the dissertation, and then reviews the relevant topics of domestic scholars on the national basic power, the role of social organizations in promoting the national basic power and the current status of research on the development path of community-based social organizations in promoting the national basic power, as well as briefly comments on the existing research. The second chapter is the conceptual definition and theoretical explanation of this paper, in which the main contents of community social organizations and national basic power are explained, and then the theoretical foundation of community social organizations to promote national basic power is sorted out. Chapter three, community social organizations to promote the reality of national basic power dilemma analysis, this paper, through the limited resources, the function of ambiguity and illegal chaos of the three analysis. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the positive role of community social organizations to promote the basic power of the state, which concludes that it is based on the improvement of the quality and capacity of the residents, and promotes the development of the basic power of the state in the construction of the community infrastructure, the strengthening of training and education, and the participation in the governance of the community. Chapter 5 is the construction of the development path of community social organizations to promote the development of national basic power, which proposes the construction of the development path of community social organizations to promote the development of national basic power from the three aspects of resource integration and strategic cooperation, clarification of the boundaries of rights and responsibilities, and information disclosure, in response to the realistic dilemmas of the community social groups in promoting the development of national basic power.
