Currently, China's economy is at a critical juncture transitioning from a phase of rapid growth to one of high-quality development. Green development serves as the essential prerequisite and fundamental requirement for achieving high-quality development. As the core of the financial system, commercial banks will play a leading role in advancing China's green finance development. The implementation of green finance practices by commercial banks is a key factor in promoting China's green development. This paper examines the current status of green finance development in rural commercial banks in Sichuan Province, identifies existing challenges, and proposes corresponding solutions.
