Transcending the Dilemma of Globalization: The View of Global Justice in the Theory of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the deep root of the dilemma of globalization and the theory of the community of human destiny, this paper constructs a triple composite framework of the idea of global justice in the community of human destiny, which is composed of relational justice, distributive justice and corrective justice. Through the practice in the field of public health crisis, it illustrates the effectiveness of the symbiotic justice of the theory of the community of human destiny. The theoretical contribution of this article lies in its systematic elaboration of the normative connotation of a community with a shared future for mankind as a new paradigm of global justice. Based on the critical absorption of Western justice theories, and grounded in Marxist community thought and Chinese wisdom of harmony, it provides a Chinese solution that combines moral appeal and practical feasibility for transcending the dilemmas of globalization.
