Abstract

With the rapid development of the digital information age, China's archives socialization service awareness steadily improved, related policies have been introduced, archive information service demand continues to expand, the domestic archives service enterprises also rushed to emerge. This paper selects the archival service industry main body, that is, the archival service industry enterprise, analyzes its service scope and service object, obtains the data through the questionnaire survey, analyzes the needs of the current user, further makes the judgment of the user needs expectation, and puts forward countermeasures for industry development, in order to provide a more efficient and high-quality archival information service for the archival user.
