Analysis of the development of cultural pension in Shandong from the perspective of active aging

Cultural pension is a high-level pension method based on the intrinsic spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly group, with the increasing aging and the rapid development of social culture, cultural pension is highly valued by the party and the state. However, the concept of cultural pension is not deep enough, and the cultural pension resources and carriers are not rich. In order to make up for the shortcomings and enable the elderly group to receive sufficient cultural care and humanistic care, we should pay attention to the current problems, innovate the content of cultural pension on the basis of the popularization and in-depth of the concept, create a diversified cultural supply model, and improve the development level of cultural pension.
