Brand building has achieved rapid development under the new development pattern of “Dual Circulation”, and service quality plays an important role in promoting brand efficient construction. Based on the support of China National Knowledge Network database and CiteSpace analysis software, this paper makes a quantitative analysis. Through the research of hot spots and evolution trend, it is found that the main extendable space of this topic is: The research direction of China will conform to the new development pattern of “Dual Circulation”, shift the main body of research to omni-channel integrated physical retail services, focus on the mode innovation of omni-channel integrated retail brand supply chain, explore its realization mechanism, and drive the construction and improvement of the new development pattern of dual circulation.
