Abstract

Taking Industry 4.0 as the background, this paper investigates the role of Flexible Manufacturing System in automobile production, introduces flexible systems from the application of CNC machine tools, manufacturing robots and computer control systems in automobile production, summarizes the existing technical barriers, and points out the feasible development direction.
